Van Fit-Out Terms & Conditions

Customer-Supplied Vehicle

The customer is responsible for providing and delivering the vehicle to Valeting Vans Scotland- Car Valet Perth, Perth, Scotland, at the agreed date and time.

You Bring the Van — We Fit It Out

Our prices cover the agreed van fit-out and installation work.

The customer provides the van.
We provide the fit-out.

Before work begins, we will discuss the proposed layout, equipment requirements and specification with you.

Vehicle Requirements

The vehicle must be:

• Empty of personal belongings and equipment
• Clean and accessible
• Mechanically suitable for the intended installation
• Available to us for the agreed duration of the build

Any existing equipment that is to be incorporated into the build must be supplied by the customer before work begins.

Additional Work

Any work outside the agreed specification may be subject to additional charges.

If additional work or equipment is required, we will discuss this with you before proceeding wherever reasonably possible.

Vehicle Collection

Once the agreed fit-out is complete, the customer is responsible for collecting the vehicle from our premises unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance.

Important

We are fitting out your existing vehicle. We are not responsible for pre-existing mechanical, electrical, bodywork or structural issues with the vehicle unless these are directly caused by our installation work.
